| In June 2018, Avex Pictures Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Avex") as the Licensor signed a License Agreement with the Licensee BiliBili Inc. to grant BiliBili Inc. the Internet right (referring to the use of motion picture through Internet downloading or Internet streaming transmission) of the disputed works "Blue Sea", and issued the Certificate of Origin, the main content of which is: Avex was the representative of the production committee of the disputed works "Blue Sea", Copyright: ?Kenji Inoue, Kimitake Yoshioka, KODANSHA/Grand Blue Dreaming Project. | On April 2, 2019, BiliBili Inc. issued the Letter of Authorization and Confirmation, the main content of which is: it authorized Shanghai Kuanyu Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
